Grudge, a simple yet most effective word. It doesn’t mean that you don’t like somebody, rather it means that you are sacred for that person the most in this world. People don’t take it seriously and overlook the person who’s holding it but the fact is that the person holding on to the grudge is the most tired person in this world.   • Acknowledge the fact

In this varied road of letting go of a grudge, you must face the fact that you’re hurt and it wasn’t fair for you to get hurt. So, firstly accept that you’re hurt by either writing it in your personal journal or a letter.

Yes, you did deserve the world and there isn’t anything stopping you. It’s not the end of the world. You still have to pursue that happy life and to do that, you must first decide to forgive the person who caused you that pain. Yes, it’s difficult but just think about it and trust the process.

  • Don’t let the anger get the best of you
