Getting things done on time and in a consecutive cycle can be quite challenging sometimes. You may not be able to do everything at the same time or at the same pace every day. Following a routine may look impossible and exhausting to you. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Rubina Ratnakar helps you in making a routine that is easy to follow and helps you in getting all the work done smoothly.

When you start making a schedule for your everyday life, you should begin by prioritizing the tasks you do every day. Consider the time with your family, your workout time, your movie time, and your self-care time. Once you put them in the order of their importance, you can figure out how much time you want to spend on each and every activity.

Make small plans and small targets. Set a small time limit so that you can check how well you are doing with the goals and the progress. Start by planning for a week and then move forward to larger goals.

Another thing when you form a routine is to place the things in the order of the time you want them at. Start with the morning schedule, think of every activity, and also think about the possibility of delay in the completion of each of them. Set a schedule that is flexible and easy to achieve.

The next thing you need to keep in mind is the preparation for every task you have to do in the day. For example, if you have to leave for your office early in the morning, make sure your clothes are ready on time. If you want to leave for the gym, make sure your gym bag is ready beforehand.

Always keep a track of all the activities you do. You can use a calendar to mark the days when you were able to complete everything on time, and don’t mark the days when you were not. Consistency is a very important thing in order to form good habits and a proper schedule.
