Our Wellbeing Programme is based on a different theory to other programmes on the market. We believe that unless your head is in the right place, then you either depend on willpower alone to keep to a healthy lifestyle (willpower only lasts so long) or adopt quick fix methods that do not last.

By using Insight Coaching to get your head “in the zone” you are making life time changes that will last.

We all know that you have to eat healthily and exercise your body, but success is based on your mind being exercised too – if you neglect this part of making lifestyle changes you are failing to use your biggest asset.

We underestimate the power of our mind as far as our physical wellbeing is concerned – it is a huge resource and will ultimately determine our future health.

We use coaching and NLP techniques to empower our clients so that they can live the rest of their lives having made good choices and achievable goals, leading to a happier, healthier life, which has to be a good thing!

Some clients have life time issues with weight management – this is because the reasons have never been properly addressed and dealt with.  Cycles repeat themselves and this leads to unhappiness and health problems.

Currently we are offering the Weight Management Programme as one-to-one sessions, but we have a future group Weight Management Programme planned – please contact us to register your interest.
